Placement and Post Placement Assistance

We do not only train the youth, but also provide them assistance in getting them a full-time employment in their respective sectors. We haves built a very strong post placement tracking and assistance mechanism to ensure sustainability of the employment. We counsel them to face tough workplace situation and manage changes in their life faced due to migration. Our trainee tracking cell continuously helps to place trainees in getting them to settle down in new environment by assisting them in boarding lodging, family connection and replacements.

Today our alumni are working in various national and international firms like Domino’s, Big Bazaar, L&T, Aster India Private Ltd. etc with handsome salary/perks and are providing financial help to their respective families by earning a respectable livelihood.
