Destitute Girls Home:
The organization has been successfully running this home since April’13. The grants-in-aid have been received from the Assistant Director, Child Rights and District Child Protection Unit, Dungarpur with an intake of 25 girls who are the beneficiaries. The home provides comfort to those girls who are destitute and have been abandoned or exploited by society, community, family, relatives etc.
The objective of the home is to provide facilities of shelter, food and adequate education. The qualified and trained staff i.e. Wardens, Caretakers, Medical Officer etc. ensure the well-being of these girls. Besides this, sports and recreational activities like local and indoor games, Bal Sabha, television entertainment etc. is also conducted. In the reported year, 25 girls had been registered in the home and benefitted. The girls gets free education from class 1st to 10th in local government schools.
