Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Donations : Muskan Sansthan deeply appreciates all donations received. However, if you wish to cancel your donation, please contact us within 24 hours of making the donation.
Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is processed. - Events and Fundraisers : For event registrations or fundraiser contributions, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time to be eligible for a refund. Refunds for cancellations made after this time frame may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Ineligible Refunds : Please note that certain donations or contributions may not be eligible for refunds, such as non-refundable event tickets or donations specifically designated for a particular cause or project.
- Refund Process : Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment whenever possible. In cases where this is not feasible, Muskan Sansthan may issue refunds via alternative methods, such as bank transfer or check.
