In order to bring the quality and fineness in the work of Aanganwadi workers and helpers, the organization has been running an Aanganwadi Training Centre since January 2011. The grants were received from Deputy Director, Department of Women & Child Development, Dungarpur.The centre is equipped with audio visuals, power point presentation, digital camera, white display boards with markers, training-teaching aids like-handbook for Aanganwadi workers published by ICDS, Department of Women & Child Development, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur, training modules for refresher training for Aanganwadi workers and Aanganwadi helpers published by NIPCCD, New Delhi.

Orientation and refresher programmes are conducted by the centre. Every batch of 50 Aanganwadi workers was given training for 7 days and all batches of 60 Aanganwadi helpers were given training for 5 days duration. The time of the training is from 9 am to 5.30 pm. The AWW participants have a provision of field visits at Malnutrition Training Centre and AWH at Aanganwadi Centre. The sessions are checked, observed and monitored by Aanganwadi Supervisors, CDPOs, Deputy Director of ICDS and officials from Department of Women & Child Development and NIPCCD, New Delhi. Participatory training methodology was used in both of the trainings.
